Good morning
Today i woke up at 8 got myself out of bed and ran 4 miles, which felt really good then i went to Tae Kwon Do for about 2 hours and kicked around . Sadly my ankle isn’t fully healed so i couldn’t do all the work outs but that’s ok it still felt good . Things are finally starting to look up and i’m finally getting out of that rut i was in for sooo long .

i really wish my ankle would heal so i could start training again . It’s kinda depressing watching all my friends train while i’m out injured . right now i’m just waiting for this year to end ! it’s been a really long and stressful year . hopefully it’ll be better next year .
